Draw on Anything

DRAW ON ANYTHING

Outside of dance, the immediate satisfaction we can witness another human perform is the art of drawing.

For almost his entire life, Peter has been fascinated by one’s ability to draw on anything — and the deep-seeded implications that only the true masters can wield. Knowing the surface well enough to understand exactly what to do with the materials, choosing subjects that support the surface and the medium, and the sheer revelation that — as vast as the art of illustration may seem — the possibilities are not endless.

In reality, it’s as limited as trying to fill a water bottle with poured concrete. (Don’t believe me? Just ask a cement mason.)

DRAW ON ANYTHING organizes Peter’s pursuit of this revelation — the thought of illustrating spontaneously on NJ diner mats, cat food case dividers, comic book backing boards, and what truly caught fire in the age of social media: cardboard pizza circles.
