A LOOK INTO THE DIRECTION OF PETE'S COMIC BOOK STORYTELLING
Often it is after the fact we hear a creator speak of the sources of their comic book storytelling approach. After a bok has come out and been consumed we will get some solid questions and answers to the approach of the storytelling. The choisec of the panels, when they choose to do a close up, or splash page that was cranked out as the deadline approached. It is these answers that give up dopamine driven insight that none of us can get enough of.
But, here it’s different. Peter A DeLuca AKAPAD has chosen easy to go to examples of his approach. A colidascope of styles, energy, and paneling approach. Every comic book illustrator has their one internal editorial to what works and what does not. When working with AKAPAD here is his baseline what some notes on why these approaches communicate the most to the audience.
