You Dirty Rat King

This is now what I am calling TMNT Unleashed (names after the amazing Star Wars Unleashed PVC statue line from Hasbro) and may be an ongoing illustration series for me where I would render each of the characters that appeared throughout the cartoon, games, and Playmated action figure line. 

Here is a look to what inspired my interpretation of the Rat King. I wanted to say true to the overall look and concept of the toy and his design for animation but, I felt compelled to make it more detailed, hard, and dirty looking.
