Bad Eats is currently on hiatus for all the good reasons. Those reasons being Pete and Brain working hard to develop a new format one of which is tested with this lost footage episode.
This was originally supposed to roll out during Eater of 2017 but as the show developed other experiments took president such as celebration episodes, and selling out episodes.
Still in all this is Pete and Brain doing what they do best.
