Brett Booth was born in Tampa, Florida. During his freshman year of high school, Brett was introduced to comic books by a friend. Brett, fascinated by the art started drawing every day. He was convinced that, with practice, he could draw as well as the artists who influenced him. That list includes Jim Lee, Whilce Portacio, Marc Silvestri, Art Adams, and many more comic book greats.
Persistence and hard work finally paid off when he was discovered through the Homage Studios talent search. His first major product was WILDC.A.T.S #0. Since then, he has added WILDC.A.T.S SOURCEBOOK and STORMWATCH #0 to his list of credits, and he’s currently hard at work on the Grifter-Backlash mini-series THE KINDRED.
