Concept: A Bold, Iconic Main Character
The vision is clear: we need a magnetic main character who commands attention, a figure vibrant enough to grace cereal boxes, emblazon t-shirts, and soar on a blimp above the Super Bowl. This character must radiate originality and captivate audiences at first glance.
Introducing our hero, tentatively named PAX—a bold, punchy name that echoes strength and peace. Drawing inspiration from Transformers’ Orion Pax, the original form of Optimus Prime, PAX boasts a striking color palette of deep reds, blues, and silvers, directly inspired by Optimus’ iconic design. This character isn’t just a visual standout; PAX is poised to become a cultural phenomenon, embodying resilience, leadership, and universal appeal.
Ben Reilly’s bold, divisive Spider-Man design—hated by Marvel fans but loved by me for its cool, striking look—is a great design and served as the primary inspiration for PAX.
